At Charlie Don't Surf Militaria we strive to provide fast and safe shipping. All orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped SAME DAY. Orders Placed Friday after 5 pm, Saturday, and Sunday will ship that following Monday. All orders usually will be delivered within 3-5 days.

At Charlie Don't Surf Militaria we strive to take accurate pictures and descriptions of every item. All of our items are guaranteed original to the period (Pre-1945) unless clearly stated otherwise or from a different war period (Example: Vietnam). We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee. Should you decide to return any merchandise for ANY REASON, it must be returned within THREE (3) days after you receive the order for a full refund. After THREE (3) days, the item is non-returnable. All returned items must be received in the same condition which they were sent. Altering an item will void the return policy. This includes cleaning, disassembling, or removal of parts or accouterments.

A 3% service charge will be assessed on any items returned which were purchased using a credit card. Buyer Pays return shipping costs.

A “LAY AWAY” plan is available for your convenience. This will require 1/3 of the total purchase price of your order paid within 7 days of placing your order, and the balance to be paid off within 30 days. If you need more then 30 days to pay your item on layaway off reach out to us and we will work with you on your timeline. Upon payment of order in full, shipment will be made. If the transaction is not complete within the allotted 30 days, monies paid to that date will be forfeit and the item will be re-listed and available for sale.
