Shipping Costs

Charlie Don't Surf Militaria charges a $5 flat rate shipping. Shipments of excessive size or weight, 10 or more lbs., will be paid by buyer. All orders ship USPS ground. If you prefer special express handling either U.S. Postal Express, UPS 1st or 2nd Day, or Fed-Ex the buyer pays for this service. Be sure to specify your choice of carrier and method of shipment.

Overseas shipping is extra; purchaser pays all postage. We can use all the above listed methods of shipping when shipping overseas. Please note that surface mail to Europe takes six (6) to eight (8) weeks. For international orders, shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

Shipments Outside of the United States (including Canada and Mexico)

We insure all items for their sale value. If you desire a lower value claim, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. Any requests for a lower customs value or insurance value must be received in writing via fax with date and signature. Therefore, the customer assumes all responsibility for the package once it has left our office. This includes all customs fees and duty charges.

Processing Times

At Charlie Don't Surf Militaria we strive to provide fast and safe shipping. All orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped SAME DAY. Orders Placed Friday after 5 pm, Saturday, and Sunday will ship that following Monday.

Layaway

A “LAY AWAY” plan is available for your convenience. This will require 1/3 of the total purchase price of your order paid within 7 days of placing your order, and the balance to be paid off within 30 days. If you need more then 30 days to pay your item on layaway off reach out to us and we will work with you on your timeline. Upon payment of order in full, shipment will be made. If the transaction is not complete within the allotted 30 days, monies paid to that date will be forfeit and the item will be re-listed and available for sale.

Additionally, the online shop is not always a complete display of all available items; we also maintain eBay and Instagram pages, where we sell items that may never appear on this website.

Shipping Insurance

All item's shipped by Charlie Don't Surf Militaria will be insured up to 100% of the items value.
